GBTV Invite Friends Program Terms and Conditions

Current GBTV.com ("GBTV") subscribers, invite your friends to a free month of GBTV via this special application, which will allow you to extend the invitation through e-mail, blog posts and certain social media networks. When one (1) of your friends purchase a new GBTV subscription [via a special link in the message you will send them], we will credit your account with a free month of GBTV services (subject to the terms and conditions below). Please allow up to 10 days from qualification for your credit to be processed. By participating in this program, you signify your agreement to the GBTV.com Terms of Use.

Requirements:

A qualified referral is defined as the first subscription made by a person (a "Referred Customer") who has not previously subscribed to GBTV and who subscribes via an existing subscriber's (the "Referrer") Invite Friends program link. The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person with a different email address or members of the same household. GBTV will only credit subscription purchases of GBTV subscribers made via the application link. Note that some software or other applications can remove URL tracking, in which case your referral's link may not be tracked and credited to you. You assume the risk of not being credited for referrals whose activity cannot be tracked.

Limitations:

You need to be a current customer in good standing, as determined by GBTV in its sole discretion, at the time of the referral. You must also be a current customer in good standing, as determined by GBTV in its sole discretion, at the time referral credit is posted to your account. Please allow up to 10 days from qualification for your credit to be processed. Referred Customers must maintain active service for at least 60 days and be in good standing, as determined by GBTV in its sole discretion, at the time the credit is posted to the Referrer's account. Subscription purchases that are subsequently refunded will not be credited to you.

Expiration:

This offer expires December 31, 2012 at 11:59p.m. ET (the "Expiration Time"). All referrals must be made and all subscriptions by Referred Customers must be made prior to the Expiration Time. Subject to the limitations above, please allow up to 10 days from qualification for your credit to be processed.

Appropriate and Customary Emails Only:

If a referring customer provides a referral URL to another person by email, the email must be created and distributed in a personal manner that is appropriate and customary for communications with friends and family members. Bulk email distribution, distribution to strangers, or any other promotion or referral of the URL in a manner that would constitute or appear to constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of the referring customer's account and deactivation of the personal link. Any complaints received due to misuse of this program may result in the forfeit of any credits accrued to you.

GBTV's Right to Close Account:

GBTV reserves the right to withdraw the offer should any user be found, in the sole discretion of GBTV, to be ineligible or to have violated the GBTV Terms of Use. GBTV expressly reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the Invite Friends program in a questionable manner or referral URL in breach of these Terms and Conditions or in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.

GBTV's Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms:

GBTV reserves the right to cancel the Invite Friends Program or to change these terms of use at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed awards will be forfeited at that time.
